Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and TUNGA ("we", "us") covering your use of our website and application. By creating an account you accept them. If you use TUNGA for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

1. The service

TUNGA is a store-operations service: it reads your connected store, analyses it, and — from your plain-language instructions — prepares changes such as price updates, catalog fixes, product content and customer-reply drafts. Changes are shown to you as a preview and apply according to the trust mode and limits you configure. Applied changes are recorded and can be reversed from within the product.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Seats included in your plan may be shared with your team members; each person should use their own login where seats allow.

3. Your store connection

You connect your store through an app in your own platform account and can narrow or revoke that access at any time. You confirm you are entitled to connect the store you connect. We access store data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Trial, plans and billing

• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required for the trial.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in USD at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your data remains exportable.
• If we change a plan's price, we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice before it applies to them.
• Plans include usage allowances (for example daily command limits) shown on the pricing page; we may throttle usage beyond them.

5. Approvals and responsibility

TUNGA is built so that nothing changes in your store without an approval path you control: previews by default, server-enforced guardrails in every mode, and reversibility for applied changes. You remain responsible for the business decisions you approve — including prices shown to your customers — and for the configuration of your limits and trust mode. If something applies that you did not intend, use the undo tools immediately and contact us; we will help.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use TUNGA to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to probe or disrupt the service, to resell it without our agreement, or to connect a store you are not authorised to manage. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or the service at risk, and will tell you when we do.

7. Your data, our software

Your store data and the content generated for your store belong to you. The software, its design and everything that makes TUNGA work belong to us. We claim no rights over your catalog, and you claim none over our code.

8. Third-party platforms

TUNGA works with e-commerce platforms and messaging services through their official interfaces. We are an independent product: platform names are used to describe compatibility and do not imply endorsement. Those platforms' own terms continue to apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes to their interfaces, though we track such changes as part of the service.

9. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep TUNGA fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Previews, health scores and drafts are decision support: they are calculated carefully, and you review them before they take effect.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claims arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach of these terms with notice, or immediately where required to protect the service or comply with law. After termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, and your store connection ends immediately.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and email account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the courts of Çanakkale, Türkiye — without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
